On Myself
A short visual version is here.
My name is Nor Izzatina Abdul Aziz. Currently I am an economic researcher at Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia.
I received a Bachelor in Economics from the International Islamic University Malaysia in August 2008. I was also awarded the Best Student in International Economics Award (I lost the Best Student Award due to technicalities). I would like to obtain my Masters degree but I don't have the financial means for it. Due to that I have turned down offers from University of Warwick, New York University and Australian National University.
Prior to that I went to Inpens International College taking a franchise academic program, UiTM's Diploma in Business Studies. I'm there due to my disastrous SPM results. At the same time I managed to took the time to find myself better without taking tremendous pressure to perform academically. I read a lot of book and watched a lot of movies during that period. By the way INPENS International College for the last few years have been transfromed into technical and vocational institute.
I went to Sri Aman's Girls School. I spend a lot of my time in the library during that time being interested in a lot of things. (Un)Fortunately I did not pay attention more in class.
